Role Overview:
As a Security Researcher within our R&D team, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing and refining our runtime security sensor. Your work will be essential in enhancing the detection capabilities and accuracy of our product within cloud environments. You will leverage state-of-the-art technologies such as eBPF in Linux and Kubernetes to significantly contribute to our cloud security solutions.
Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
- Develop and optimize our runtime security sensor using eBPF technology for cloud-based Linux and Kubernetes environments.
- Investigate and analyze complex security threats, applying insights to strengthen product detection capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and refine existing ones.
- Conduct comprehensive research on cloud security, focusing on leading platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Design and implement advanced algorithms to enhance our threat detection systems.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our product's detection accuracy and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest security trends and attack vectors, integrating this knowledge into product development.
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
- Over 4 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on cloud environments.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a valuable asset.
- Knowledge/experience with eBPF technology and its applications in security contexts will be a huge plus
- Strong understanding of Linux systems and Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency in threat detection and familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Programming skills in languages commonly used in security (e.g., Go, Rust, C++, C).
- Knowledge of reverse engineering techniques is an advantage.
- Background in vulnerability research is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical skills to comprehend and dissect intricate attacks.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and explanation of technical concepts.
- A proactive learner, eager to keep up with the fast-paced evolution in cloud security.
- A customer-focused mindset dedicated to delivering high-quality and impactful security solutions.
