Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
You will mainly receive, process and resolve incoming customer inquiries in writing.
In addition to the customers, you will also be in direct contact with the other colleagues in the Support team and our Development department.
You will monitor and track the requests, analyze problems that occur frequently and communicate them to your team.
