What is a working day like?
Imagine you are a user of a modern application that allows you to communicate abroad. You might need help from time to time, so you contact the support team, who answer questions via email 📧 and chat 💬 about login issues and processes related to the application. This is our role, and maybe your future job, in an amazing team focused on support and knowledge sharing! 💡
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
💻 Good computer skills - we do all our work electronically.
🗣️ Knowledge of Hebrew at B2+ level and English at min. B2.
✍️ Very good knowledge of Polish spelling rules - we mainly provide written answers.
👂 Ability to listen and read with understanding, make clear statements with respect for the other person.
📅 Willingness to work shifts and provide customer service 24/7.
⏰ Flexibility in working hours.

💰 A gross salary of 6,000 PLN + a bonus of up to 500 PLN.
💻 Full-time hybrid or remote working.
📚 Weekly induction training and support in your daily work.
