Paid Social Specialist (Meta)

• Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns with over 500 000 PLN monthly budget, to align with our sales-based KPIs.
• Planning and conducting A/B tests to enhance campaigns' and ads' performance.
• Analyzing data, preparing reports and generating actionable insights to drive campaigns' improvement.
• Testing and implementing new solutions and tools to enhance campaigns’ performance.
• Working with a team of seasoned Paid Social specialists, to drive campaigns' success.
• Contributing to the formulation and execution of our Meta Ads strategy.
• Working with our Social Media team and in-house film studio, preparing briefs and providing insights on creatives' performance.
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization and often acting like a project manager.
• Managing multiple projects at once - ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in running performance Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Meta Ads system.
• Experience in managing large-scale budgets.
• Analytical and effective communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Responsibility and a sense of ownership for the undertaken activities and projects.
• Experience in working with product feeds and DataFeedWatch or similar tools is a plus.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Great if you have proven successes with running performance marketing campaigns on other Social Media platforms.
