UX Design Engineer

1. Perform end-to-end design process from problem definition and research to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation
2. Develop comprehensive information architecture systems that organize content and functionality in intuitive, accessible ways
3. Plan and conduct customer research to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform product decisions
4. Drive product discovery activities to identify opportunities and explore potential solutions
5. Create innovative user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing
7. Champion user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of product or UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving abilities, and unique design solutions
3. Expertise in information architecture principles and practices
4. Proven experience planning and conducting various types of user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.)
5. Experience leading product discovery workshops and activities
6. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
7. Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tools for rapid sketching, prototyping, and design iteration
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
9. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders
10. Experience working within agile or iterative product development environments
