In the banking segment, Fincon Reply advises major banks, the cooperative financial group, and selected foreign and specialist banks on specialist, technical, process-related, and project methodological issues.

Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
- You start a new project and have the possibility to build your own team.
- You are the team lead & technical lead of the development team responsible for developing Java EE applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry.
- You lead your team in an Agile way of working and are a mentor to others on technical aspects.
- Part of your job is project staffing, with the help of the team manager.
- You take ownership of problem-solving & prioritization.
- You are accountable for the delivery of quality & technical documentation.
- You are a contact point for the customer & project coordination.
- You have the possibility to develop yourself not only as a leader but also as a developer.
- You meet with your team in the office once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
- At least 6 Years of experience with Java Tech Stack, ideally with a subset of the following technologies and frameworks: Java 11+, Rest, Spring Batch, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Hibernate, MSSQL.
- You understand agile methodologies.
- You are proactive, responsible, and you know how to work as a team.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
- Leadership project experience is a huge plus.
