This role is a combination of account management and delivery. This is a unique opportunity for professionals in the area who are ready to lead exciting projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to our dynamic, growing company.
Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
- Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts
- Analyze and define development plans with the customer
- Support the preparation and review of offers
- Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
- Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
- Manage multiple teams
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in managing complex systems for global clients
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales activities, including bidding and offer preparation
- Proven success in Enterprise (cloud, mobiles, .NET, Java) and AI domains
- Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices
- Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies
- Fluent English (C1)
- Flexibility to work across US time zones
- Based in Szczecin, Poland
Mile widziane
- Knowledge of CMS platforms
- Experience in the chemical industry
