Our AI-decision is a low-code Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform that automates document handling with minimal IT involvement. Our suite of AI models enables businesses to extract and process data from diverse document formats efficiently.
As we expand, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our AI-driven automation, optimize model performance, and build scalable ML solutions.
Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
Automate Information Extraction: Develop AI models to process PDFs, Word, Excel, and images.
Build AI-Powered Predictions & Recommendations: Leverage NLP & CV models to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Develop ML Pipelines: Design efficient training, inference, and data processing pipelines.
Optimize & Deploy Models: Ensure smooth model deployment, inference, and lifecycle management in production.
Analyze & Visualize Data: Transform insights into actionable recommendations for business use cases.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to refine AI solutions.
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ML, Data Engineering, or Data Science in production environments.
- 4-5 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in NLP and/or Computer Vision (beyond GPT & BERT-like models).
- Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, spaCy, NLTK, Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models (GPT) & prompt engineering.
- Intermediate+ level of English for effective collaboration.
- Full-time availability with exclusive commitment.
Mile widziane
- Experience with Azure Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Hugging Face, or other AI platforms.
- Experience with data processing pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Understanding of statistics, data visualization, and dashboards.
