Zakres Obowiązków i odpowiedzialności
☁️ Define and manage the project roadmap.,
☁️ Organize quarterly PI planning sessions,
☁️ Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies,
☁️ Establish and monitor key program metrics,
☁️ Ensure compliance with corporate standards (architecture, data governance, compliance),
☁️ Facilitate team synchronization and promote a culture of continuous improvement,
☁️ Report program status and communicate with stakeholders,
☁️ Lead and coordinate the delivery & tracking team.
Wymagane Kompetencje i doświadczenie
⭐️ Minimum 5 years in Project Management.
⭐️ A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
⭐️ Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc.
⭐️ Solid business & IT flows understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
⭐️ Experience in Jira & Confluence.
⭐️ Fluent in English and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.
⭐️ Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies.
⭐️ Understanding or experience in RTE (release train engineer).
