Senior Product Designer (UOP / B2B)

Your work in details;

• Lead and facilitate client workshops to identify key business challenges, user needs, and project goals.
• Document insights from discovery sessions and translate them into actionable design strategies and clear project roadmaps.
• Take ownership of design decisions that directly impact client outcomes, ensuring that solutions align with their business objectives.
• Design and execute all visual assets, from concept to final implementation, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Deliver user-centered interface designs that align with business objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and developer teams, ensuring that design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain consistency across projects, utilizing UI Kits, design systems, and style guides effectively.

What you will bring to the table;

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading complex design projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops with clients, guiding them through the discovery process to uncover key business and user needs.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, utilizing Figma Tokens, and ensuring design consistency across all projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing business domains and provide innovative design solutions that drive client success.
• Proven experience managing the entire design process, from discovery to UX and UI implementation, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
• Fluent English skills (B2/C1), enabling effective communication with international clients.
